Does the boat have a bathroom?
Yes, the boat has a flushable marine toilet for liquids only. It also features a freshwater rinse to wash off saltwater after a swim.
Can we modify existing itineraries?
To some extent, yes. Sometimes, we may need to adjust the itinerary due to weather conditions. Our priority is to keep the trip enjoyable by staying in shallow, calm waters.
Will there be other people on the boat with us?
No, all our trips are private and exclusively for your group.
Are drinks included? Is there a cooler on the boat?
Yes, we provide an iced cooler stocked with bottled water. You are allowed to bring your drinks, including beer, and snacks.
What is your cancellation policy?
- You must cancel at least 48 hours in advance by phone or in person for a full refund.
- If the captain cancels the trip due to weather or other reasons, you will receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
- Reservations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
What is the check-in time?
Check-in is required 30 minutes before departure.
Can we extend the trip while on the boat?
Yes, you can extend the trip based on availability. Additional charges may apply.
Do you allow pets on board?
No, we love pets, but we do not allow them on our charters.
Is there music on the boat?
Yes! The boat is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system, so you can connect your own playlist and enjoy your favorite tunes while cruising.
What should we bring for the trip?
We recommend bringing sunscreen, towels, sunglasses, a hat, a swimsuit, and any personal items you may need. If you plan to bring food or drinks, please pack them in unbreakable containers.
